The Video Team Check-Up is a $1,500 CAD fixed-fee diagnostic for in-house marketing teams in Canada, delivered in 10 business days by Nelson Dunk, that reviews a team's recent videos, gear and workflow and produces a written 90-day roadmap.
What do I need to prepare?[+]
Links to recent videos, access to your channel analytics if you have them, and an hour of your video person's time for the walkthrough.
Is the fee really credited?[+]
Yes. Sign any retainer within 30 days of the readout and the full $1,500 comes off your first invoice.
What if the roadmap says we don't need you?[+]
Then it says that. Some teams need a $400 microphone and a shot list template, not a retainer. You'll still have the roadmap.
