SC 01 · Workshop Days
Hands-on training, built from your own footage.
Pick a track or stack them. Every day is on-site with up to 8 people, uses your gear and your footage, and ends with templates your team keeps. Invoiced as training, so it usually fits a PD budget.

From brief to plan
- +Turn a campaign brief into a video plan in an afternoon
- +Audience, message, format and channel (LinkedIn-first for B2B)
- +A measurement plan tied to your CRM, not just views
- +A content calendar built in the room

Shoot it right the first time
- +Set up the gear you already own, properly
- +The 10 settings that quietly ruin footage
- +Interview lighting and sound in real rooms, barns and offices
- +Directing non-actors: farmers, adjusters, homeowners, executives
- +Shot lists and a practice shoot on site

Faster edits in Resolve
- +DaVinci Resolve workflow from ingest to delivery
- +Transcription and text-based editing
- +AI assembly, silence removal, audio clean-up: what works
- +Captions and repurposing one interview into 6–10 clips
- +A review and approval workflow that ends the endless rounds

SC 02 · One honest note
Most training fades in six weeks. That's why every day comes with a follow-up call, and why the teams that keep improving move to a retainer.
Nelson Dunk's Workshop Days are one- to three-day hands-on video training sessions for in-house marketing teams of up to 8 people, covering video strategy, production and DaVinci Resolve post-production, from $2,400 CAD per day, on-site across Ontario or virtual across Canada.
